§ Mr. LeadbitterQ.54 asked the Prime Minister (1) if she will make a statement about the person whose name has been given to her by the hon. Member for Hartlepool; and refer the issues raised by that case to the Security Commission;
(2) what steps she has taken since November 1979 to ensure greater accountability to Her Majesty's Government of the security services.
