§ Mr. YoungerAs indicated in the Gracious Speech, there will be Scottish Bills in the current session of Parliament relating to local government and civic government. A Civic Government (Scotland) Bill has already been introduced in another place and a Bill about local government in Scotland will be introduced in this House as soon as possible. In addition, a Housing (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill was introduced in this House on 5 November and a Harbours (Scotland) Bill will be introduced in another place on 10 November.
