§ Mr. MacGregorThe most important immediate task is to promote a wider understanding of the many incentives we have introduced for small firms so that more people will take advantage of them, particularly as the recession clears. This is the objective of the business opportunities programme which my right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer launched on 5 May.
