§ Mr. Michael Brownasked the Minister for the Civil Service what has been the total amount saved by Her Majesty's Treasury since 27 March as a result of the deductions made from the pay of those civil servants taking part in the campaign of disruption.
§ Mr. HayhoeThe total deductions from the pay of those non-industrial civil servants who took part in industrial action between 28 March and 13 May, both dates inclusive, are estimated at some £7 million. The estimated total deductions between 9 March—the start of the current industrial action—and 13 May are nearly £16 million.
