Those provisions of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978 which relate to Scotland have already been brought into force in Scotland by a series of commencement orders, the final one being the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 1980 (SI 1980/2036).
