§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish his estimates for 1979–80, 1980–81 and 1981–82, of (a) mortgage tax relief per mortgagor and per owner-occupier dwelling, (b) mortgage tax relief plus option mortgage subsidy per mortgagor and per owner-occupier dwelling, (c) Exchequer subsidy per local authority dwelling, (d) Exchequer subsidy plus rate fund contribution, or minus housing revenue account contribution to rate fund, per local authority dwelling, (e) Exchequer subsidy per public sector dwelling and (f) Exchequer subsidy plus rate fund contribution, or minus housing revenue account contribution to rate fund, per public sector dwelling, in each case indicating the number of dwellings or mortgagors on which the estimate is based.
