§ Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for Trade if, following the consultations he has had, including those with the Local Authorities Co-ordinating Body on Trading Standards, he will now use his powers under the Weights and Measures Act 1979 to require that a legal pint measure of beer shall consist of liquid beer only and not a combination of liquid and gas.
