§ Mr. RossiThe Government plan to phase out the current earnings rule for national insurance retirement pensions when resources become available. The recent White Paper "Growing Older" discusses the question of pension age and flexible retirement, but we are not at present proposing any further changes in the statutory provisions relating to rights to those pensions.
