§ Mr. WaddingtonThe Health and Safety Commission published proposals for the regulations in a consultative document "Fees for Statutory Medical Examinations—Draft Regulations" in April 1980. In addition to the Confederation of British Industry, the Trades Union Congress and Her Majesty's Treasury, were66W specifically asked for their views, the consultative document was publicised through a press release and the following organisations and individuals also commented:
