§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish his estimates for 1979–80, 1980–81 and 1981–82, of (a) mortgage tax relief per 19W mortgagor and per owner-occupier dwelling, (b) mortgage tax relief plus option mortgage subsidy per mortgagor and per owner-occupied dwelling, (c) Exchequer subsidy per local authority dwelling, (d) Exchequer subsidy plus rate fund contribution, or minus housing revenue account contribution to rate fund, per local authority dwelling, (e) Exchequer subsidy per public sector dwelling, and (f) Exchequer subsidy plus rate fund contribution or minus housing revenue account contribution to rate fund, per public sector dwelling, in each case indicating the number of dwellings or mortgagors on which the estimate is based.
§ Mr. RifkindCurrent estimates, for Scotland, of Exchequer subsidies and rate fund contributions to housing revenue accounts—and house numbers on which the estimates are based—are as follows:
