Friend the Member for Wolverhampton, South-West (Mr. Budgen) on 18 December 1980, the proposals published in the consultative document "Bankruptcy" (Cmnd. 7967), have been reviewed and amendments made in the light of the response to the Green Paper. I am presently considering further possible revisions and improvements to the proposed simplified bankruptcy system.
