§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe SDA has commissioned a study on exhibition facilities. The first stage was completed in 1978 and showed that there were permanent exhibition facilities of over 1,500m2 gross floor area at:
- Kelvin Hall
- Ingliston
- Aviemore centre
- McLellan galleries, Glasgow
- City hall, Glasgow
The potential demand for exhibition space and the income which might result from such provision are being dealt with in the final stage of the study, which is likely to be completed soon.
