§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe most recent factory building programme put forward by the Development Board for Rural Wales, covering projects to be planned and started during 1981–82—which I approved in January—includes six projects in Ceredigion, three in Aberystwyth and three in Cardigan. Developments in the period 1982–83 and thereafter have yet to be decided. But in formulating its proposals for these years the board will continue to give full consideration to the needs of Ceredigion within its overall development strategy.
