§ Mr. RifkindIt is not yet possible to calculate the number of housing associations which will have new projects in 1981–82. This depends upon a number of factors including the distribution by the Housing Corporation of the available loan finance among individual associations and the amount of such money which is taken up with schemes already approved and in progress.
