§ The Prime MinisterI made speeches on 26 February on the White House lawn and at the White House dinner; on 27 February at Georgetown university and at my dinner at the British embassy for President Reagan; and on 28 February at the Donovan Award dinner in New York. I gave interviews on 27 February to CBS Morning News, the NBC Today Show and the United States Public Broadcasting Service McNeil-Lehrer. I gave a press conference at the Washington Press Club on 28 February. Transcripts of these speeches and interviews have been placed in the Library of the House. I also gave interviews on 28 February to the BBC, ITN and ABC. Transcripts of these will be placed in the Library shortly.
