§ Mr. YoungerThe report is under consideration. It is not possible to say at this stage when the decision will be announced. The normal procedure for notifying decisions on planning appeals to the appellant, planning authority and other parties concerned will be followed; I shall consider nearer the time the form of any wider announcement which may be made in view of the public interest in this case.
