§ Dr. VaughanThe private practice provisions in the Health Services Act 1980, the administrative procedures for submitting and handling applications for new pay beds and the arrangements for ensuring the equitable operation of private practice in the NHS were the subject of consultation during 1979 and 1980. I have, however, received no recent representations on this, other than one or two letters from members of the public.
