§ Mr. McElhoneasked the Lord Privy Seal what is his provisional estimate of the total of net official development assistance for the calendar year 1980; and what is the amount expressed as a percentage of gross national product.
§ Mr. HurdFirm figures of aid performance will not be available until later this year, and in view of the uncertainties I doubt if it would be useful to give a provisional estimate at this stage.
