HC Deb 15 June 1981 vol 6 cc282-3W
Mr. McCusker

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many civil servants in Northern Ireland had deductions made from their salaries for unauthorised absence during the month of May; and how many had sick leave during May compared with May 1980.

Mr. Alison

There are no central records of unauthorised absences or sick leave within the Northern Ireland Civil Service and the information requested could therefore only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
