§ 25. Mr. John H. Osbornasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will make a statement about the progress of the construction of the British Library on the new St. Pancras site, indicating the present timetable for completion of the first phase and the timing of work on site.
§ Mr. ChannonPreliminary work for the first sub-stage of the building is now in hand, and I expect work on the site to begin early in 1982. It is intended that the accommodation will come into use by the end of the decade.
