§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will introduce legislation to enable disabled persons made redundant at age 58 years onwards, and who are unable to obtain employment, to join a 143W modified early retirement scheme where the provision of a replacement from the unemployment register is removed for this category of person.
