§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI did not make any specific proposals at the meeting to which the hon. Member refers, but simply outlined the broad context of the study that is now taking place. I hope to make a further statement on the study in the not-too-distant future. I regret that a news agency misreported a reply I gave to a question from the floor of the conference, and this appears to have led to some misinterpretation by the press of what I said.
