§ Mr. FowlerMy right hon. Friend the Minister for Consumer Affairs is co-ordinating our general response to the Director General's recommendations. It is too soon to say which of them will be implemented. Those which fall directly within my area of responsibility are on the vehicle registration document and tamper-proof odometers respectively.
