§ Mr. MonroI am satisfied that the measures we have introduced in the Wildlife and Countryside Bill, currently before the House, together with the new farm capital grant procedures introduced last October by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, will provide a valuable extension of the protection currently afforded to scenic landscape in the countryside.
