§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithCopies of the consultation paper on the review of inland and coastal fisheries in England and Wales have been sent to national and local fishermen's organisations, the membership of which includes licensed salmon netsmen in the North-East of England. In addition, the press notice announcing the consultation paper stated that copies could be obtained from:
