asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state for each of the last 10 years the per capita expenditure in the United Kingdom on defence and foreign relations; and what the figures would be for (a) the Isle of Man and (b) the Channel Isles on the basis of expenditure at the same per capita level.
