The Irish Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Dr. Kelly, is acting Foreign Minister until the Foreign Minister designate, Professor Dooge, has his appointment confirmed by the Irish Parliament. I expect next to meet them at the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels on 14–15 September.
