(1) Disabled people placed by Disablement Resettlement Service (2) Total Employment Service placings 12 Months ended: (a) 2 May 1980 56,466 1,860,833 (b) 8 May 1981 37,618 1,537,325 The total number of employment service placings includes placings of disabled people, through both the disablement resettlement service, and through general employment service facilities such as self-service.
