§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how much he estimates it would cost to ensure equality of subsidy to all recipients of supplementary benefit, who get all their housing costs met in full, and those of a similar net disposable income from employment or receipt of contributory benefits, under the new scheme proposed in "Assistance with Housing Costs".
