§ Mr. Peter MorrisonIt is the responsibility of the Departments of Industry and Environment, rather than Employment, to provide financial support of this kind. General assistance for the work of organisations involved with the support, creation and development of small businesses is given by my Department and the Manpower Services Commission, for example through training programmes, which are in some cases specifically designed to help new enterprises.
