Friend the Member for Knutsford (Mr. Bruce-Gardyne) on 22 June—[Vol. 7 c.3–4]—I have today presented to Parliament a command paper (Cmnd. 8308) giving the Government's substantive reply. Copies have been placed in the libraries of both Houses of Parliament.
