§ The Prime MinisterThe ambassador and his staff in the United States of America are making vigorous efforts to explain our policy on Northern Ireland by television and radio appearances, letters to the press, dissemination of ministerial statements and personal briefings. Visiting ministers and senior officials have contributed to these efforts.
