§ Dr. VaughanThe pay and conditions of the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Pay Group, which includes therapy staff, are determined by the professional and technical 'A' Whitley council. I understand the management side of that council has offered improvements in pay and conditions for 1 April 1981 which amount to a six per cent. increase in pay. This matches the improvements averaging six per cent. from 1 April 1981 for doctors and dentists in the NHS.
