§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThere is always scope for examining the efficiency of any organisation and the Welsh Water Authority management and the Welsh Office are currently reviewing the operation of the authority in the light of the recommendations in Cmnd. 7131 and the Monopolies and Mergers Commission report on the Severn-Trent Water Authority.
