Mr. Cryer

asked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) what is the total cost at current prices of the Torness and Heysham nuclear power stations; how many Central Electricity Generating Board coal-fed stations are currently planned for closure; and what is the number of jobs being lost by the Central Electricity Generating Board and planned for 1981;

(2) if he will place in the Official Report a table showing (a) the cost of construction at current prces, (b) the output, (c) the date of construction commencing, (d) the date of scheduled completion, (e) the load factor for each year of operation and (f) the repair costs for each year during operation and shutdown since completion for Hartlepool, Heysham, Dungeness B and A, Wylfa, Hinkley Point, Hunterston, Berkeley and Bradwell nuclear power stations.
