§ Mr. Bodyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received from the South Holland district council for any dispensation in respect of the Housing Act 1980.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergSouth Holland district council has sought determinations from the Secretary of State under schedule 1 part 1 paragraph 5 to the Housing Act 1980 that the right to buy shall not apply in respect of 10 bungalows for which applications to buy have been received.
The district council has also applied to the Secretary of State for designation as a rural area under section 19 of the Act.
