§ Mr. ParkinsonIn the first nine months of 1980 there was an overall crude surplus of £125 million in our trade with newly-industrialising countries. In manufactured goods there was a crude surplus of £1,205 million and a crude deficit of £1,080 million on other goods, mainly food and raw materials.
