§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Industry (1) if he will conduct during the International Year of Disabled People a thorough review of all his Department's policies that affect disabled people; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what plans his Department has made for the International Year of Disabled People; what funds have been allocated for this purpose; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. MacGregorThe Department has under regular review those of its policies that affect disabled people and will be giving these particular attention during 1981.
Although the Department has no specific plans for the year, nor have special funds been allocated for this purpose, it will continue to do everything practical to aid disabled people and to intergate them into the mainstream of everyday work and life.
