asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will update for 1980–81 the information on tax relief provided in his reply of 2 November 1979 to the hon. Member for Oldham, West, (Mr. Meacher) Official Report, cols. 693–94; and if he will provide the same information at constant prices.
