§ Mr. WigginI am pleased to announce that the new consultative hoard of the joint consultative organisation (JCO) has been appointed under the chairmanship of Mr. Oscar Colburn, CBE with the following membership:-

A number of the new ad hoc JCO committees are being set up and the topics covered and membership will be announced later.
The new board and committees have an important role to play in drawing on the expertise of the food and agriculture industries in the field of research and development and in putting forward their views to Government Departments and the Agricultural Research Council and I wish them every success.
