§ Mr. MonroThe estimated cost of restoration of Stott Park, bobbin mill is about £400,000, of which £125,020 has been spent so far. The rest will largely be spent during 1981. Running costs have not yet been settled. The costs 473W of staff and annual maintenance will be chargeable on public funds, but be offset by receipts for admissions and sales.
