§ Mr. ParkinsonI am aware of the concern of United Kingdom producers and exporters of alcoholic beverages356W about the Canadian Federal Government's proposals with respect to excise duties, and am in touch with the industry. Negotiations with the Canadian Government would be a matter for the European Commission, with whom we are already in contact.
