§ Mr. Wyn RobertsAt the end of December 1979 there were 308,000 new town and local authority-owned dwellings in Wales. The 1976 Welsh house condition 347W survey found that 1 per cent. of dwellings in these categories were unfit. Many of these dwellings were acquired for the purpose of rehabilitation or under slum clearance schemes.
