§ Mr. John MooreExisting fuel price relativities give clear incentives to industrialists to substitute coal for oil in many uses. In addition, the Government provide a wide range of information and advisory services. Nevertheless, we are continuing to keep under review the need for further encouragement for the substitution of oil by coal.
