§ Mr. Fieldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list for the three financial years up to and including the year ended April 1980 (a) the total amount left unspent from the Vote head for joint finance between health and social services authorities and (b) the amount left unspent before reallocation of unused moneys between local authorities during the course of the year; and if he will give his best estimate for the current financial year.
