asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) whether he is prepared to set up a public inquiry into the sale and development of the site of St. George's hospital, Hyde Park Corner;

(2) whether he has now agreed a plan with the Grosvenor Estates in relation to the disposal of the St. George's hospital site at Hyde Park Corner; and whether he will make the plans public.
