§ Miss Fookesasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will take steps to ensure that publicity is given to the Rabies (Importation of Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) Order 1974 in Channel ports, especially Boulogne and Ostend, in co-operation with the appropriate authorities.
§ Mr. WigginWe shall continue to ensure, through appropriate publicity, that the public are made aware of the dangers of rabies and the rules which have to be followed to prevent introduction of the disease into this country. As in earlier campaigns, special attention will be paid to publicity at Channel ports.
