§ Miss Joan Lestorasked the Lord Privy Seal which categories of British citizen will, following the passing of the Nationality Bill, have free access of movement within European Economic Community countries.
§ Mr. LuceThis is a matter which we shall need to discuss with our partners in the European Community in due course but we anticipate that those persons who currently have freedom of movement will continue to have it.
