§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergFigures of slum clearance demolitions and closures of public sector housing starts in Bury metropolitan district, for the years 1974 to 1979 appear in issues 33, 37, 41, 45, 49 and 53, respectively, of Local Housing Statistics, table 5 (page 17). Slum clearance figures for the 1st quarter 1980 are in issue 55: returns are now required only annually. In the first nine months of 1980 there were 88 public sector housing starts.
