asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is satisfied with the working of the Caravan Act 1975.

Residents who have agreements under the Mobile Homes Act 1975 have security of tenure and the other benefits of the Act until the endg of 1983 at the earliest. Before then we shall decide whether fresh legislation is needed and, if so, what form it should take.
